My daughter has been coming here for braces for almost a year now and the confidence difference has honestly been incredible to watch. Before treatment, she avoided smiling in photos because she hated the gaps between her teeth. The staff here has been consistently patient and kind during every appointment, especially during the first few visits when she was nervous about pain. One afternoon the office got extremely crowded and appointments started running behind, but the front desk communicated clearly instead of pretending nothing was happening. That level of respect really matters to parents. Her teeth already look so much straighter and she recently smiled openly in a family picture for the first time in years. Seeing that change alone made the entire process feel worthwhile for us.
