We have been coming to OSO-Duncan for almost a year now and I continue to be impressed with the staff and the care they provide my son. He’s neurodivergent and has sensory sensitivities. He is extremely inquisitive and asks tons of questions. Sometimes he can seem rude without meaning to. When we had our first intake consultation Meilyn was so patient and kind and answered all of my son’s questions without ever dismissing him. At the first actual appointment and through several others Kenzee has taken care of him and she has also been so patient with him. She’s built a rapport with him and can joke with him. He is slow to trust new people and hates having braces so that’s huge. Dr. B is also great. Aside from his expertise he always asks after my son and speaks to him respectfully and has also earned his trust despite him hating the whole process of ortho. Only recommendation I could make would be to have some disinfectable fidget toys. The staff doesn’t seem to mind but he tends to fidget with anything close to him.

Instead, they explained the process clearly and gave realistic expectations about timing and discomfort. The office atmosphere feels busy but organized, especially during after-school hours. One appointment started late because another patient needed emergency repairs, but the receptionist kept everyone informed instead of leaving us sitting there confused. I appreciated that professionalism. My teeth have already shifted so much that even friends I haven’t seen recently noticed right away. I finally smile naturally during conversations instead of constantly worrying about hiding certain angles of my teeth.

Dr. Kadioglu is so amazing. We moved here from Salem, Oregon, where we loved our orthodontist. He recommended Dr K, as he knew him from conducting conferences at OU. Dr K and OSO Orthodontics use the latest methods of orthodontia. The staff is amazing. The techs are patient and gentle with my son, who has Autism. The office staff are super friendly. We feel so fortunate to have them all!

I started my treatment in 2022 at the beginning of the year and I am currently almost done with my treatment December 18th I will be getting my braces off. The staff has always been so nice, supportive, and accommodating. These three years have been long but so worth it because I am in love with my smile and my teeth, and i seriously wouldn’t have wanted to go through any other Orthodontist except this place. I am so happy to be done with my treatment but I will miss the staff and the joy they would bring to every appointment. Also, they allow payment plans and as a young adult that helped me out so much and I appreciated that because a lot of places don’t offer that.

My son plays sports almost year-round, so I worried braces would constantly become a problem. Thankfully this office has handled every issue quickly and professionally. He broke a bracket during basketball practice and we expected to wait forever for repairs, but they managed to squeeze him in the next morning before school started. The orthodontist explained how to better protect his braces during games without making him feel guilty about the accident. The staff also does a great job speaking directly to younger patients instead of ignoring them and only talking to parents. His teeth have improved dramatically over the last year and he smiles much more confidently now than before treatment. Even his coach recently commented on how different his smile looks compared to last season’s team photos.

The staff here has been consistently patient and kind during every appointment, especially during the first few visits when she was nervous about pain. One afternoon the office got extremely crowded and appointments started running behind, but the front desk communicated clearly instead of pretending nothing was happening.
