Great practice, everyone is very friendly and we’ve had great results. They even contacted me a few days early and offered to move our appointment up to take advantage of a promotion they were running that current month. Our appointment was the first of the next month and we would have missed a great savings opportunity! Love this place!

My son plays sports almost year-round, so I worried braces would constantly become a problem. Thankfully this office has handled every issue quickly and professionally. He broke a bracket during basketball practice and we expected to wait forever for repairs, but they managed to squeeze him in the next morning before school started. The orthodontist explained how to better protect his braces during games without making him feel guilty about the accident. The staff also does a great job speaking directly to younger patients instead of ignoring them and only talking to parents. His teeth have improved dramatically over the last year and he smiles much more confidently now than before treatment. Even his coach recently commented on how different his smile looks compared to last season’s team photos.

oso has always been great , they have great customer service and are so nice. Suzy always does her best on me. She’s gentle and is always caring for me and her patients. If you’re new i recommend you ask to go with her! love the office vibes

We’ve had a great experience at OSO:) we’ve had experience at another local orthodontist and this group is by far the best! From the front desk staff, to the assistant(?) to the doctor everyone has been so caring, friendly and supportive. Special shoutout to Dr. Kratzer and Zay, they are the best! Zay is so responsive to my daughter and is such a sweet soul. You can tell, they are just great people in general ❤️thanks for making this a great experience.

My son has been with oso for the last year and the switch from Dr Rainey to them was seamless! They took over and did an amazing job with his teeth. I am very pleased with the price, service and result! 10/10 would definitely recommend

I just recently got my braces off and absolutely loved my experience with OSO! They really care about your teeth and only want the best smile for you! Mckenna was great and always made me feel good when I sat in her chair! Also, Dr. Dan is the man!!!
