We’ve had a great experience at OSO:) we’ve had experience at another local orthodontist and this group is by far the best! From the front desk staff, to the assistant(?) to the doctor everyone has been so caring, friendly and supportive. Special shoutout to Dr. Kratzer and Zay, they are the best! Zay is so responsive to my daughter and is such a sweet soul. You can tell, they are just great people in general ❤️thanks for making this a great experience.

Zay is my favorite person to go to! She’s super sweet, gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable. I haven’t had any issues with OSO and any time I’ve needed anything fixed they have been able to schedule me an appointment within the same week. All of their staff are super friendly.
