We’ve had a great experience at OSO:) we’ve had experience at another local orthodontist and this group is by far the best! From the front desk staff, to the assistant(?) to the doctor everyone has been so caring, friendly and supportive. Special shoutout to Dr. Kratzer and Zay, they are the best! Zay is so responsive to my daughter and is such a sweet soul. You can tell, they are just great people in general ❤️thanks for making this a great experience.

While I waited for my appointment time, I watched how the remainder of the staff interacted with patients and they were also extremely friendly and professional. I was there to have a permanent retainer fixed so I cannot speak for braces, but if I have any future issues, this office will be my first choice!
