He broke a bracket during basketball practice and we expected to wait forever for repairs, but they managed to squeeze him in the next morning before school started. The orthodontist explained how to better protect his braces during games without making him feel guilty about the accident. The staff also does a great job speaking directly to younger patients instead of ignoring them and only talking to parents.
