We always get in quickly. The staff is always very friendly (I am pretty socially awkward and it's such a relief to be around friendly people.) My daughter is very soft spoken and is on the spectrum but they always make sure to hear her and help her understand what's going on. That always helps her anxiety lower. They are also very easy to come in for any quick adjustments for braces and be done quickly and comfortably. I have highly recommended this place to all my friends.

Dr. Kadioglu is so amazing. We moved here from Salem, Oregon, where we loved our orthodontist. He recommended Dr K, as he knew him from conducting conferences at OU. Dr K and OSO Orthodontics use the latest methods of orthodontia. The staff is amazing. The techs are patient and gentle with my son, who has Autism. The office staff are super friendly. We feel so fortunate to have them all!

I’ve had my braces on for 5+ years before switching to OSO Edmond. I’ve had major gaps in my teeth from my previous ortho not being able to do their job properly. OSO promised to have those gaps closed in less than a year. I am here today, less than a year later getting my braces off and showing me they kept their promise. Hats off to them for showing what real customer service, truth and great quality really is.Thank you OSO for completing the remainder of my time in braces. I recommend this place to anyone who is wanting braces or wanting to switch over.

Jordan, Madison, and Dr. Romero provided the best service. I immediately felt welcomed when I walked through the door. While I waited for my appointment time, I watched how the remainder of the staff interacted with patients and they were also extremely friendly and professional. I was there to have a permanent retainer fixed so I cannot speak for braces, but if I have any future issues, this office will be my first choice!

The ladies are always very thorough when explaining what they're doing and the steps of his treatment schedule. Also, my son doesn't miss school so they always figure out a time that works for our schedule. On top of the great staff, it's a very clean and welcoming environment. As a young girl who has only ever gone here, I'm sure I made the right choice.Staff here are so customer friendly. They're gentle most of the time, even if a procedure is painful. They're very good at making patients feel welcome.I never leave with an "icky" feeling left on my teeth or in my mouth, and whomever is taking care of me is always sure to ask I'd I need anything before I leave. They're also quite good at fitting you in when you're late, which I learned by... being late. 😅
